Your responsibilities
- Execution of designs for external gas, heat, water and sewage networks and installations
- Execution of designs for internal installations (water, rainwater drainage, sanitary sewerage, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning)
- Coordinate design tasks with the lead designer
- Inventory of facilities and local field visits
- Supervision during project implementation
- Contact with local government bodies, related to the process of obtaining administrative decisions
- Contact with external parties in the implementation of the assigned project
Our requirements
- Knowledge of design of internal sanitary installations and external networks (multi-residential/industrial construction)
- Completed degree program
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD
- High communication skills
- Ability to work as a team and openness to mutual assistance
- Ability to solve design problems independently
- Driver’s license cat.

Additional assets
- Knowledge of the cost estimation program NORMA
- Ability to design in a BIM environment
- Knowledge of profile coordination programs
- Ability to work in a CRM environment
- Oral/written knowledge of a foreign language (English, German)
- Previous experience working in a design office
